📹 Security Notice

Exterior security cameras are in use for the safety of all guests and in compliance with insurance requirements. There are no interior cameras on the property.

🏡 HOUSE RULES

• A Rental Agreement must be signed by the primary renter.
  (This will be sent via email or the booking platform’s messaging system.)

• A Security Deposit Form must also be completed.
  A $300 hold (not a charge) will be placed on the primary renter’s credit card 1 day before arrival and released approx. 5 days after departure, assuming there are no damages or rule violations.

• No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed.

• Minimum renting age: 25

• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
  No unregistered or unauthorized guests or visitors without prior approval.
  Violation: $100 per unauthorized guest, per day

• The primary renter must be present during the entire stay.

• No third-party bookings.
  The person booking must be the person staying and must match the ID on file.

• The name and age of all guests must be provided to finalize the booking.

• The primary renter must submit a government-issued ID.
  The name on the booking must match the ID.

🚫 Pet & Smoking Policy

• No pets allowed due to allergy- and asthma-sensitive children.
  Violation: $300 remediation fee

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
  Violation: $300 remediation fee

• No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.

🧹 Cleaning & Damage

• An additional $150 cleaning fee will be charged if deep cleaning is needed due to negligence or intentional damage.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late check-out fees apply:

• Over 1 hour late (without prior approval): $50 fee

• Over 2 hours late: Charged for an additional day per day of overstay
  (This does not grant continued use of the property — it is a fee only.)

🛑 Violation & Termination

If any of the above policies are violated, the Rental Agreement will be terminated immediately, and you may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

⚠️ Additional Notes

This is a private residence, not a hotel. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal items during your stay.

📍 Weather Notice:
Our home is located near the Gulf of Mexico and is subject to changing weather. We highly recommend purchasing third-party travel insurance (e.g., Rental Guardian) to protect your trip, as our cancellation policy is firm.
